Mrs. Sheila Fallas is an experienced kindergarden teacher. She worked in different schools as a teacher and as an English teacher, compiling and organizing learning material and other educational resources. She was involved in the field of Jewish education for almost 10 years until she embarked on a language journey, after many years of studying English, she decided that it was time to earn a professional degree on English-Spanish translation. As a translator one of the projects she participated was Living on (Mirar hacia adelante), author: Rav Daniel travis "Messages Memories and Miracles from the Har Nof Massacre", She also worked as a private English tutor for adults and teenagers.
However, she has developed her real passion not long ago, being a long-life learner, she has shown a genuine enthusiasm for coaching, G-d willing, she is obtaining her degree in this discipline this year. In order to complete her studies, she has also earned a diploma in Neuroscience, a certification programme in Motivation, Creativity and Neuroplasticity. Besides, she has attended a John Maxwell Team programme and other courses related to leadership, teambuilding, problem-solving and other Soft skills. At this moment she is taking an introductory and training course on Mindfulness at Monash University of Australia.
She is currently working on high school educational projects to promote more quality teaching, introducing new subjects based on Torah values and principles, employing different teaching methods that will result in higher student achievement. She also delivers short and motivational videos in different platforms and gives lessons about self-esteem, effective communication, time and relationship management and other interpersonal skills.
"I like helping people to discover their potential and strengths they have to set clear objectives, be enthusiastic, increase confidence to achieve their goals and encourage them to find their real purpose in life inspiring them to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives". Her motto has always been: I AM STILL LEARNING, there is always something new to learn out there.
She resides in Buenos Aires with her husband and 6 children.
